Join us in Childwall Woods Wednesday 8th February 10-11.30am for our mindfulness Walk. Getting out in nature is not only great for your mental health but also your child's mental health. This is not only a great opportunity to get together but also staff will be there to share information about keeping your child's mental health, from baby to school age, healthy.
